Working Together
Therapy is deeply personal, and the format of the work matters. I offer psychotherapy in several forms depending on the goals involved, the relational context, and the depth of support needed.
Individual Psychotherapy
Depth-oriented work focused on identity, emotional patterns, relationships, trauma, meaning, and long-term transformation.
Professional & Creative Partnerships
Consultation-oriented relational work for founders, business partners, leadership teams, or high-performing collaborators navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, identity strain, or organizational transition.
Couples & Relational Therapy
Work focused on communication, attachment dynamics, emotional disconnection, conflict patterns, intimacy, and relational repair. This may include romantic partners, family relationships, or other significant interpersonal dynamics.
Group Psychotherapy
Experiential and process-oriented groups designed to deepen self-awareness, relational understanding, emotional expression, and authentic connection with others.
Practical Details:Sessions are 50 minutes and offered both in-person in Portland, Maine and via telehealth for individuals located in Maine.
