Connection

A 12-Week Experiential Process Group

A group for adults seeking deeper connection, authenticity, embodiment, and meaningful change, beyond insight alone.

This is not a traditional therapy group focused solely on symptom management or sitting in a room discussing coping skills. It is designed as an intentional experiential process that combines reflection, movement, relational work, mindfulness, nature, and community.

The goal is to help participants move from:

  • disconnection

  • numbness

  • isolation

  • burnout

  • performance-based living

towards:

→ authenticity

→ emotional connection

→ vitality

→ embodiment

→ meaningful participation in life
